We built a connected CRM and ERP system for Smart Point Training and Education L.L.C. to simplify the way student leads, sales, and finance operations are managed. The goal was to remove manual work, automate lead handling from social platforms, and create a smoother, faster experience for both the team and prospective students.

The Challenge

At Smart Point, student leads coming from social media were being captured and managed manually across disconnected workflows. Sales teams spent valuable time sorting inquiries, updating records, and coordinating follow-ups instead of engaging with students. Financial reporting was equally fragmented, with manual invoice handling increasing delays,

Our Approach

We began by closely studying how Smart Point’s sales team handled leads day to day, identifying where manual coordination was slowing response times and increasing workload.

Instead of combining separate CRM and accounting tools, we built a connected ERPNext ecosystem hosted on Frappe Cloud, ensuring lead management, invoicing, and reporting worked together seamlessly.

We refined workflows around the team’s actual operations, creating a stable system that reduced friction without disrupting how they already worked.
